Delivery and returns
Delivery is free within the Adelaide (South Australia) metropolitan area. Delivery is available to many other locations across Australia, however will incur a delivery fee. To obtain a delivery quote to your address please contact Mackenzie at Adelaide Warehouse & Distribution Services on 08 8352 6700.
Next-business-day delivery (Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays) is standard within the Adelaide metropolitan area. Orders must be received by 2pm in order to be delivered the next business day.
Delivery timeframes will vary outside the metro area depending on location.
Where possible, we recommend having someone available to sign for and accept your Climbing Rose Wine delivery. You can request that the delivery be left on your doorstep if no-one is home by adding a note to the 'delivery instructions' section of the online order form. If no-one is home, and an unattended delivery has not been authorised, a card will be left asking you to contact the courier company to schedule a new delivery time. Our courier reserves the right to leave a card (instead of your order) even if you request an unattended delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (see below) and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.'
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product on presentation of your proof of purchase.
Please note that except where the purchase is faulty or damaged, all other returns or exchanges can only be accepted if the wine is unopened and in its original condition and packaging.
